Spicy Thai Peanut Meatballs with Black Willow Persian Lime Oil

Purchase any spicy Thai peanut sauce in the Asian section of your local grocery store. Cut the spice level with creamy peanut butter to taste.
Thin the sauce with chicken stock to your liking
Add a few dashes of soy sauce
Warm your sauce slowly over low heat in a sauce pan
Lightly chop fresh cilantro
Prepare your own meatball recipe with beef and pork or buy the pre-made Swedish style meatballs
Put cooked meatballs in sauce or in a crockpot and pour sauce over them

Top with the drizzle of Black Willow Persian lime oil and sprinkle the fresh cilantro on top

Serve with thin slices of baguette or put on a wood skewer or both!
